• High-strength series: Alloy steel, quenched and tempered, used for mud pump main bearing bolts, cylinder flange, discharge manifold and other high-pressure load positions;

• Conventional general series: Carbon steel, galvanized/black oxide surface treatment for ordinary structural assembly;

• Anti-corrosion customized: Stainless steel, suitable for humid, mud and slightly corrosive working environments.

3. Common Product Types

1. Hexagonal Nut (most widely used)

   Standard hexagon structure, easy to operate with torque wrench and open-end wrench, used for cylinder flange, crosshead guide, manifold flange fastening.

2. Lock Nut / Self-locking Nut

   With nylon insert or deformation anti-loose structure, prevent loosening under continuous pump vibration, ideal for piston rod, main bearing bolt, extension rod assembly.

3. Flange Nut

   Integrated bottom gasket surface, saves separate flat washers, uniform compression for sealing flanges and valve bodies.

4. Thin Nut / Thick Nut

   Thin type for limited installation space; thick type for heavy load bearing positions of power end and fluid end.
