It serves as the last safety barrier of the mud circulation system to prevent equipment damage caused by sudden pipeline blockage and abnormal pressure surge. Constructed with high-strength alloy steel via integrated forging and precision machining, this valve boasts reliable pressure bearing capacity and stable trigger performance. The built-in shear pin structure is calibrated according to different rated working pressures; once the mud pressure exceeds the preset safety threshold, the shear pin breaks instantly to release high-pressure slurry and rapidly reduce system pressure. The internal flow channel adopts streamlined design to avoid mud deposition and sand jamming, ensuring quick pressure relief response without delay. Precision-machined sealing surfaces cooperate with rubber sealing gaskets to eliminate mud leakage under normal operating pressure.
