Product Introduction: Shaft Seal Shaft seal is a core rotary sealing component applied to the power end of triplex mud pumps, widely used in oil drilling, geological exploration and horizontal directional trenchless construction. It is installed at the penetration position of gear shafts, crankshaft and other rotating shafts to form an isolation barrier between the internal lubricating oil chamber and the external environment. Made of high wear-resistant composite rubber with built-in metal skeleton and spring tightening ring, this shaft seal has excellent oil resistance, mud resistance and aging resistance. The lip fits tightly with the polished shaft surface to block lubricating oil leakage from the power end, while preventing external slurry, sand, dust and rainwater from invading the gear and bearing cavity. The inner lip adopts micro oil storage groove design to form an oil film during shaft rotation, reducing dry friction and prolonging the service life of the seal and matching shaft. Standard inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness specifications realize good interchangeability with most mud pump rotating shaft assemblies.
