Product Introduction: Main Bearing Bolt Main bearing bolt is a high-strength fastening component for fixing crankshaft main bearing caps on triplex mud pump power ends, widely used in oil drilling, geological exploration and horizontal directional trenchless construction. It locks the main bearing assembly tightly to bear huge alternating torque and impact loads generated during pump operation, ensuring stable positioning of the crankshaft journal. Manufactured from high-grade alloy structural steel via hot forging, precision thread rolling and overall quenching & tempering, the bolt features ultra-high tensile strength, yield strength and anti-fatigue performance. The thread surface is finely processed with uniform tooth profile, matching lock nuts and flat washers perfectly to prevent thread sliding, deformation or fracture under long-term heavy vibration. The bolt body adopts optimized stress relief design to avoid stress concentration at the transition section, effectively resisting instantaneous peak loads during pump startup and heavy-load pumping. Standard specification sizes achieve universal interchangeability for mainstream mud pump crankshaft assemblies. The surface is treated with blackening or galvanized anti-corrosion coating, resisting erosion of lubricating oil, mud vapor and humid open-air working environments. Hexagonal head design fits common torque wrenches, allowing construction personnel to apply specified tightening torque evenly during assembly to avoid uneven bearing stress and abnormal shaft wear.
