(For F-Pump Series / F-Pump Specific)
Drilling Mud Pump (also known as a drilling pump) is the core equipment in oil drilling and geological exploration. It is widely regarded as the "heart" of the rig's circulating system. Its primary function is to deliver drilling mud (drilling fluid) at high pressure, enabling a closed-loop circulation system.
The pump is mainly composed of three major sections: the Power End, the Fluid End, and critical auxiliary components.
Power End components include:
Crankshaft
Connecting rods
Crossheads
Bull gear and pinion (main drive gear and driven gear)
Frame / Housing
Bearing assemblies
Fluid End components primarily include:
Fluid cylinder / Liner housing
Liners
Pistons / Plungers
Suction valves
Discharge valves
Suction and discharge piping / manifolds
Key auxiliary components include:
Air chamber / pulsation dampener
Relief valve / safety valve
Spray cooling system
